This post has been a little while in coming, but I finally am posting some of our pictures from our drive from Sunderland to Florida. On the first day we stopped and went to Gettysburg, which was a great place to see. We had a ranger guided tour that was fantastic. The second day we drove to Charlotte, NC. On the way we stopped in Buena Vista, Virginia (where my brother and his wife went to school), where we stretched our legs and walked around the campus (the big red building). We stayed the night in Charlotte, and went to Church there on Sunday morning, then we drove to my Aunt's house in Newnan, GA. The next day we went to the Margaret Mitchell house and MLK Jr. historic sites in Atlanta. Next we drove to Orlando and spent two nights there. While there we drove through my hometown of Saint Cloud, went on an airboat ride on Lake Tohopekaliga, and kayaked at DisneyWorld.

Oh wow, that sounds like quite the trip! Gettysburg is an amazing place - and everything else sounds like so much fun!
That looks like a blast...you really can't go anywhere over there in the east without wanting to see historic sites. We are jealous.
Suz-my records show that you had a birthday a few days ago (unless I'm totally off, which is really possible--pregnant brain :) So here is an official HAPPY BIRTHDAY shoutout from me!
